He has watched the land burn. He has seen them devoured, powerless to stop it, his only task to protect the very essence of the Digital World. He has watched as friends fell, and worlds collapsed. And he promised himself. Never again. I will not stand by ever again.
With a tamer of his own, Chromon is determined to live up to that promise. While still nervous by nature and lacking in confidence in himself, he makes it a point to put his life on the line to do the right thing, and to protect those around him. This can be a detriment to him, as while he is observant and knowledgeable, his practical skills can be somewhat lacking and clumsy, and while he is a remarkable problem-solver his quick-thinking skills can leave a lot to be desired, especially under pressure. This can make things strained at the worst possible times, particularly combined with Mark's demanding nature, and he can get very discouraged and panicked when he fails to stop the prevent from happening.
Although no matter how much he struggles and how much it tires him out, he remains firm to his vow, always. After centuries of watching and waiting, he finally has a chance to redeem himself for the friends he failed, and he will take every chance he can to make things right. Kind, noble, a fortress and a sanctuary for those around him; Chromon will guard and protect, and will stand proud beside his partner. After all, that's why the digital world chose him, right?
