Vex is a very dangerous man indeed. Staying anonymous and a man of only a few calculated words, he nonetheless stands at the head of an army marching through the shadows. Vex wants neither recognition nor glory for his actions. All he wants is to drive out the emergent Digimon back to their own world, and he is willing to stamp out those who will not comply. He acts on noble aspirations; protecting his fellow hunters, and doing his best to keep harm befalling any other humans, in some cases even turning his back on the actions of the tamers. But while he may be persuaded to tolerate their presence for now, he has little patience for their views, and at his own discretion he will not hesitate to pull the trigger against anything he sees as a threat.
The wall between world has been opened, and the denizens of the other world are arriving in force. But Vex stands on the brink, watching as these dangerous new creatures arrive with their enhanced powers and alien desires. And he will not let them take this world.
